FedTalent
Commercial applicant tracking systems cannot express federal hiring rules. Veterans preference is not a tag, a GS grade is not a salary band, and a Certificate of Eligibles is not a shortlist. FedTalent was built from scratch around those rules.
What it does
Veterans preference as logic, not a label
CPS, CP, XP, and TP are applied in the order the rules require and carried through rating and referral, rather than left to a recruiter to remember.
GS grade and specialized experience
Qualification standards are modelled per series and grade, so minimum qualification screening is reproducible and explainable.
Certificates of Eligibles
Certificates are generated from the rated pool with the referral rules applied, and every issued certificate is retained as a record.
AI ranks, a human decides
Screening produces a score and the evidence behind it, cited to the place in the résumé it came from. An HR specialist makes the referral, and the log records who and when.
